Globexterra S.R.L., headquartered in Bucharest, is a company with 100% Romanian capital, founded in 2011.

The company provides integrated technical design and consultancy services, also offering, through partners, all the necessary ancillary services required in the design process and in accessing non-reimbursable external or internal funding.

The company operates based on five pillars:

• Ancillary services related to the design process
• Post-design services (technical assistance during execution)

Globexterra SRL operates in three locations where it manages its activities and is equipped with all the necessary design tools (45 state-of-the-art graphic workstations, an ultra-mobile GeoSLAM ZEB Horizon RT 3D laser scanner with GeoSLAM – RAZA 100 M, a Trion P1 laser scanner + FJD Trion Model – range 40 M) and its own high-standard printing center (3 plotters, blueprint folding equipment, 2 blueprint scanners, 4 multifunction printers).

Since its establishment, the company has consistently seen growth in turnover, the number of employees, the number of clients served, and consequently, the number of projects completed.

Globexterra’s turnover is predominantly generated from projects carried out with state institutions (local, county, and central). These projects are awarded either through public tender or directly by the beneficiary institutions.

Operating revenues have consistently increased since the company’s founding, with an average growth rate of 161% (excluding the year 2020 when Globexterra's revenues were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic). In nominal terms, the most significant growth was recorded in 2023 compared to 2022, when the turnover doubled due to attracting more and more complex projects. With over 50 active employees and more than 350 projects completed over the years, covering a total area of over 2 million square meters, Globexterra has actively contributed to the rehabilitation and modernization of cities in Romania, having a significant impact on urban infrastructure. Among our achievements are the rehabilitation and modernization of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, administrative buildings, sports halls, residential blocks, and cultural centers.
